Chillygarlic Eggpizza Lowfat

Ingredients

  • 3 large cage free eggs
  • Fresh basil
  • Low fat feta
  • Black olives
  • Green peppers – 1
  • Mushrooms
  • Cracked pepper
  • pink Himalayan Sea salt
  • Extra virgin olive oil
  • Oregano
  • Italian herbs
  • Low fat milk
  • Red onion- half
  • Red chilli flakes or red chilli powder (optional )
  • Garlic powder

Step 1 : Crack open 3 eggs into a deep bowl and discard the yolks , add 2 tablespoon of low fat milk of your choice and beat well to become foamy . Season with a dash of pink Himalayan sea salt and cracked pepper.

Step 2: Finely chop half an red onion, green capsicum and wash in a colander 3/4th cup of sliced mushrooms and keep aside .

Step 3: In a stone griddle (not regular frying pan ) , on medium heat add a tablespoon of extra virgin olive and gently swirl all oven the pan . Next add the chopped onions and stir fry for a minute or two till the colour changes, add the chopped green pepper and mushrooms and sauté . Season with red chilli powder or flakes (half a teaspoon for a hint of spice ) , garlic powder (just a bit , optional) , a teaspoon of oregano leaves, cracked pepper, a bit of Italian seasoning and a dash of pink Himalayan sea salt and sauté well on low heat for 2-3 minutes until the colour changes . (Next remove from the pan and keep aside . )

Sauté the veggies
Add powdered garlic (optional) and a dash of chilli flakes or chilly powder .

Step 4 : Next add a drizzle of extra virgin olive oil to the warm pan and add the beaten up egg whites and swirl it all around the pan to cover every corner . Then after a minute top with the sautéed veggies, add some crumbed low fat feta and black olives and season with a dash of oregano and Italian herbs. Cover the pan and cook on very low heat for 3-4 minutes until it’s cooked through.

Step 5 : Using a spatula , gently lift the edges all around and slide the entire egg pizza into a plate . Garnish with fresh aromatic basil and serve hot . Cut each slice with a pizza cutter and dig in , enjoy, bon appetite.
